A class to soothe, restore, and find space in body, mind and spirit through the yoga poses as well as props. We’ll use breathing techniques to calm the body and mind and yoga poses to open the body. Modifications will be given. For all levels. If you have blocks, towels, yoga mat or a strap please bring. Not necessary, but always nice.

Marcie Wallace(E-RYT 500) has been teaching yoga for over 20 years and received her yoga certification, both 300 and 500 hour, from Lotus Yoga in Montclair, NJ. She teaches a variety of classes from vinyasa to restorative to kid’s, elderly, chair, and veterans in wheelchairs.
Marcie became a disciple of Sri Reverend Jaganath Carrera, her Spiritual Teacher and Guru, in 2011. Her spiritual name, Amba, means “not only mother, but as Mother of the Universe, the energy, love, and attention we associate with mother.” She continues to deepen her spiritual practice through studying spiritual texts with Reverend Carrera and Senior Teachers. She completed the Raja Yoga Teacher Training, studying the Yoga Sutras, in 2012. She also became a Yoga Reverend in May 2018 under the guidance and direction of her Teacher, Sri Guruji.
