FRIDAY CRAFTERNOONS WITH JONI-CARD MAKING & STAMPING
JOIN US FOR A FUN HOUR OF ART AND CONVERSATION. NO artistic experience necessary- just the desire to have fun and create! ALL CLASSES AND SUPPLIES ARE FREE OF CHARGE. Art allows us to tap into the creative part of our brain as well as the emotional center allowing healing to take place. Presenter: Joni Jasterzbski Joni Jasterzbski has been teaching Art for 40 years in Verona Public Schools . Joni has taught pre k through senior citizens in recreation and community centers as well. She is a 13 year breast cancer survivor and has been involved with Wings since it began . Joni is very excited to share her love of Art and bringing people together to share their creativity and to create a caring space to be together . Wings, Art and wonderful human beings -perfect together.

GENTLE YOGA
This Gentle Yoga practice will be combined with Ayurveda, a natural complementary healing modality designed to help us realize our true self. You can be seated in a chair or bring a yoga mat. Wear comfortable, not too loose-fitting clothing. Presenter: Susan Helmstetter Susan Helmstetter is a Certified Yoga Instructor receiving Yoga Teaching Certifications from the Kripalu Institute in Lenox Massachusetts, and Yoga Synthesis in Ramsey, New Jersey. Susan is also a certified Massage Therapist and Reiki Practitioner.
