Yoga Nidra can reduce stress, aid in healing and preventing illness, improve memory, enhance clarity and concentration, sharpen intuition, and increase happiness.
Yoga Nidra is a step by step guided meditation that helps turn on the parasympathetic nervous system or the relaxation response.
It will bring awareness to the five levels of being (physical, energy and breath, mind and emotions, witness consciousness, and bliss.
We will start the program with some gentle stretches and belly breathing. No yoga experience necessary. Sitting in a chair is also perfectly welcome. Bring a yoga mat, blanket and pillow (optional).
