Each painting session is designed as a quiet, welcoming place to slow down, reconnect, and create without pressure. No experience is needed, and all materials are provided. These sessions offer something many people crave: a safe, supportive space that offers peaceful creative connection.

Floral Sessions with Ovi is a New Jersey nonprofit co-founded by artists Ovi Paulter and Soo Kim. Together, they lead gentle painting workshops for adults in libraries, senior centers, and community spaces. Ovi is a floral artist, and teacher. Her expressive, non-toxic oil paintings have been exhibited in solo and group shows across New Jersey, earning recognition for their softness, emotion, and depth. After surviving a traumatic experience as a teenager, Ovi spent years searching for ways to cope. She discovered painting later in life—and it became her lifeline. Art gave her a way to feel again, to process what words couldn’t, and to reconnect with herself.
