NUTRITION-THE CIRCLE OF LIFE WITH CHRISSY DAVENPORT
This session will focus on being mindful and intentional in our daily lives both relating to our food intake and our daily demands. I will provide my process of taking everyday stressors and turning them into actionable steps for an intentional, organized purpose filled plan. Workshop will also focus on finding a balance of macronutrients on a daily basis to ensure our bodies and minds have all the carbohydrates, fats and proteins we need to function optimally.
