Join us in a creative workshop to put your hopes, dreams, and goals together into a beautiful collage that you can use for inspiration, intention and a positive focus. There are many benefits one can get from using a vision board. They help you manifest your aspirations by physically placing your thoughts into the world, thereby creating better intention, by transforming ideas into a real physical product. Vision boards can help you definitively envision your positive future, improve emotions, increase optimism, and successfully achieve your goals. Finding your inspiration and purpose, feeling encouraged and leaning into your intuition is so important during your cancer journey, whether you are newly diagnosed or a long-term survivor. We all have fears and concerns, but to put our dreams in pictures gives us the most important emotion of all — HOPE.
Presenter: Pauline Zolla Yannece
Pauline Zolla Yannece, a self-proclaimed Brene Brown disciple and proponent of Kelly Turner’s principles of radical remission, is currently an independent Professional Coach specializing in cancer survivorship and life transitions. She holds a B.A. from New York University, and M.A. from Columbia University, postgraduate certification in the field of addiction and most recently attained a National Board-Certified Coach credential. She has an eclectic array of experience ranging from student assistance counseling to executive function coaching, sprinkled with serial stints as a full-time mom and eldercare manager. Diagnosed with bilateral breast cancer in 2013, followed by navigating her mother’s treatment for advanced lymphoma, she emerged with a sense of empowerment and clarity of purpose. Pauline’s private practice is devoted to inspiring others to live authentically and DREAM BIG… with baby steps welcome!
